Community Scrutiny Report - Integrity and Ethics Commissioner
Independent MLA Justine Davis noted a number of leading transparency and public integrity organizations have publicly criticized the bill. The unequivocal feedback was that this bill should not pass in this form, that it weakens our integrity structures, that it doesn't address the issues that are actually there, and that it puts us all at risk.
