Johnston Community Recipe Project
We’re creating something that brings together our local stories treasured family recipes, fresh market produce and your creativity and we need your input.
Send your recipes to: [email protected]
Our Sharing Recipes, Food, Art, Stories & Community initiative brings people together to share creativity and connection, led by local artist Tisha Tejaya, creator of the Parap & Rapid Creek Market Pocketbook.
Tisha is leading still-life drawing classes using produce from our beloved Rapid Creek Markets and gathering recipes and stories from across Johnston for the Johnston Community Recipe Book Project.
These are family-friendly, creative and welcoming events, proudly supported by the Office of Justine Davis MLA, Independent Member for Johnston.
