1. We do not accept donations from gambling, tobacco or fossil fuel corporations. By making a donation, you confirm that you are not donating on behalf of one of these entities.
   
2. Political donations in the Northern Territory are subject to disclosure requirements. Depending on the amount and circumstances of your donation, you may have reporting obligations with the Northern Territory Electoral Commission. We also maintain records and meet the disclosure requirements that apply to Justine as an independent MLA.
3. Political donations/gifts may be tax deductible. Eligible contributions or gifts of $2 or more to an independent member of parliament may be tax deductible. The maximum deduction for contributions and gifts to independent candidates and members is $1,500 in an income year. Please check the ATO guidance or seek your own tax advice about your circumstances.
4. We comply with ALL the disclosure and record-keeping requirements that apply to political donations in the Northern Territory. Donations over $300 must be disclosed under the Legislative Assembly (Disclosures of Interests) Act 2008.
