Community Scrutiny Forum Submission Guide

Why make a submission

We want to make sure that the Government hears from as many Territorians as possible and invite you to share your knowledge and lived experience. Your insights are valuable for shaping how issues are understood and addressed. Your views and suggestions become part of an open record that decision-makers and the wider community can’t ignore.

We are motivated and guided by four principles:

    • Transparency – Information is open, accessible, and shared.

    • Participation – Everyone in the community is welcome to contribute.

    • Accountability – Leaders and officials are held to the same standard as citizens.

    • Inclusivity – We encourage submission from people who are often excluded from formal processes, including young people, renters, First Nations people, migrants, and small businesses.
